What you will do

• Perform routine and non-routine analyses in molecular biology, cell biology, and virology.
• Work in a laboratory setting under established protocols, standard operating procedures, and validated methods.
• Review and evaluate raw data for acceptability.
• Set up and validate new analytical and related processes.
• Learn and apply molecular biology technologies while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, cell biology, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• Two years of directly related industry experience may substitute for one full-time year of college in the related major.
• Exposure to or experience with PCR techniques.
• Strong computer, scientific, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn new techniques, manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is required.
