What you will do

• Design and perform simple and complex experiments and procedures according to protocols, methods, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Establish and validate methods for drug substances and drug products, including multiplex ELISAs using electrochemiluminescence platforms.
• Analyze data with Molecular Devices Softmax Pro and communicate scientific results.
• Use laboratory equipment, facilities, personnel, and LIMS to produce accurate results on schedule.
• Train and mentor junior staff after method establishment and validation.
• Maintain daily and weekly routines to meet Eurofins and client delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or biology with at least one year of industry experience, or a master’s degree with no experience.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship is required.
• Ability to conduct work efficiently, analyze data accurately, and report quality results.
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
