Laboratory Technician (Biotech)

What you will do

• Follow standard operating procedures and complete batch records accurately.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and laboratory solutions.
• Perform ELISA testing manually and using automated equipment.
• Fill, seal, and label bottles and vials.
• Manufacture ELISA and lateral-flow kits and produce microtiter plates.
• Purify antibodies while maintaining product quality and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of laboratory experience.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Strong computer, scientific, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn new techniques, multitask, maintain accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
