Apartment Maintenance Technician - Residences at Capital Crescent Trail

Location: Onsite in Bethesda, Maryland, USA; flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts.

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, plus potential monthly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250.

What you will do

• Provide maintenance support and customer service to apartment residents and team members.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during assigned on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seasonal 7-day coverage, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability and willingness to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
