What you will do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong day-to-day relationships.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support service delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer information, account activity, and follow-up actions.
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, reporting, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer service, business development, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to document customer requirements and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-up and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems or CRM tools.
• Experience with complex customer accounts, presentations, project management, and cross-functional service environments.
