Business Development Associate (Manufacturing/Logistics)

Location: Dallas, TX; daily attendance at the Dallas office required, with weekly visits to local businesses

hirify.global is a technology startup providing an online marketplace and business tools that connect manufacturing and distribution companies with on-demand workers.

What you will do

• Develop and cultivate strategic accounts and partnerships with manufacturing, operations, warehouse, and distribution leaders.
• Conduct site visits, consultations, and presentations explaining the value of hirify.global’s platform.
• Create onboarding roadmaps and success benchmarks for new clients.
• Build brand awareness and manage prospect outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.
• Manage HubSpot and other business development tools while maintaining operational and growth metrics.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with the regional team to expand hirify.global’s North Texas presence.

Requirements

• Strong communication, storytelling, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn, accept coaching, and grow professionally.
• Experience in the workforce, including part-time work, internships, or early-career roles.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in the Dallas office every day and visit local businesses across the metroplex each week; remote candidates will not be considered.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and break down complex problems using data.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience working with operations, finance, supply chain, or engineering teams.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training or certification.
• Background in operations, industrial engineering, process improvement, supply chain, or operations project management.
