hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Perform CFO functions as part of clients’ accounting services teams.
• Set financial policies and contribute to clients’ overall business strategies.
• Lead capital planning, risk management, KPI and ratio analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Manage cash flow, financial accounting, financial records, and monitoring of fund usage.
• Coordinate audit activities and present budgets and operational metrics.
• Manage multiple client engagements, build client relationships, and develop external business networks.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Controller, Controller, or equivalent.
• Nonprofit industry experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combinations of experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at client locations or in the office in the New York City area as project needs require.
