Healthcare Solutions Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead solution discovery and needs assessment across active enterprise sales cycles.
• Partner with Sales on deal strategy, value narratives, and competitive positioning.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and workflow walkthroughs focused on business impact and ROI.
• Advise customers on pharmacy operations, intake automation, prior authorization, and 340B workflows.
• Support pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate outcomes and accelerate stakeholder confidence.
• Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement while building executive trust and consensus.

Requirements

• Deep healthcare domain expertise, with 340B experience or strong working knowledge preferred.
• Experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or Healthcare Operations.
• Experience selling or supporting enterprise healthcare software, ideally for health systems, pharmacy operations, prior authorization, benefits investigation, or 340B programs.
• Ability to lead discovery, challenge assumptions, and articulate clear business ROI.
• Comfort working in a startup or early-stage environment with high ownership, ambiguity, and rapid iteration.
• Strong executive presence with pharmacy leaders, compliance teams, and operational stakeholders.
