What you will do
- Create, revise, and maintain engineering, assembly, installation, and manufacturing drawings using approved CAD systems.
- Develop and update 2D drawings and 3D models from engineering requirements, specifications, and design direction.
- Verify drawing accuracy, dimensional integrity, and compliance with engineering requirements before release.
- Participate in design reviews and provide drafting expertise on drawing standards, manufacturability, and documentation quality.
- Process engineering change requests, engineering change orders, and drawing revisions.
- Maintain engineering documentation in document-control systems and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve documentation issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with CREO.
- Working knowledge of drafting principles and engineering drawing practices.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, or structural design concepts.
- Proficiency with CAD software and the ability to interpret engineering specifications, drawings, schematics, and technical requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation.
- Ability to work onsite in Brecksville, Ohio.
