Salary: $39,000–$50,000 per year. Estimated on-target earnings are also $39,000–$50,000.

What you will do

• Perform system imaging with Ghost, USB boot, and PXE boot.
• Install and upgrade computer hardware, including memory, hard drives, and network interface cards.
• Configure operating systems, software, BIOS settings, and updates for computer and mobile devices.
• Track orders and assets in Microsoft Dynamics AX, including check-in, check-out, inventory, and records management.
• Unpack, pack, kit, label, and prepare hardware for deployment or hirify.globalpping.
• Escalate issues, provide status updates, interpret technical documentation, and troubleshoot basic problems.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field, accredited computer training, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 6 months of experience assembling or disassembling computers and configuring Windows operating systems.
• Basic skills with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX, hirify.globalpping software, and technical troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of servers, storage, network infrastructure, cable matrices, structured cabling, and IP addressing.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Ability to work onsite in Piscataway, New Jersey, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT hardware.
