What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and systems using measurement techniques, new methodologies, and analytical instrumentation.
• Measure film properties, interpret data, troubleshoot engineering issues, and prepare technical reports and specifications.
• Develop and implement new technologies and products while following safety guidelines.
• Train engineers in measurement, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution methods.
• Work with customers, vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams to resolve issues and deliver process engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to communicate with customers and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Work location: Santa Clara, California.
