What you will do

• Partner with technology development, supply chain, and finance teams to maintain data systems and business processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models including should-cost, NPV, and ROI to assess trade-offs in products and technologies.
• Coordinate scenario-based analysis to quantify risks and opportunities for organizational leadership.
• Design production capacity and layout models to balance efficiency, eliminate waste, and reduce costs.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve department capabilities and operational efficiencies.
• Optimize equipment schedule durations and procurement requirements to support new technology ramps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics with 3+ years of experience (or Master’s with 2+ years, or PhD with 1+ year).
• Demonstrated experience in core Industrial Engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes such as Wafer Fabrication, Advanced Packaging, or Testing.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, impactful messages for senior management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in complex, cross-functional environments.
