Senior Analyst, Studio Strategy and Operations (Gaming)

Location: Santa Monica, California; onsite four days per week. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Los Angeles, California.

Salary: $94,580–$174,988 annual base pay in the U.S.; incentive compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Plan resources for Call of Duty studios and future titles across internal and external development teams.
• Build resource plans, monitor budgets, forecast studio needs, and explain budget variances to senior leaders.
• Maintain monthly resource-planning processes and create ad hoc analyses for development initiatives.
• Prepare business updates and support quarterly, annual, and long-range planning with Studio Finance.
• Lead strategic and cross-team projects that improve organizational performance and investment decisions.
• Use operational and player engagement data to identify trends and support predictive analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance or strategy, or business operations.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong quantitative analysis and synthesis skills.
• Experience building or improving processes and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work with limited oversight.
• Strong interest in Call of Duty and gaming; comfortable using AI tools for research, analysis, problem-solving, and drafting.
