Manufacturing Technician II (Medical Devices)

Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite service depot work

Salary: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, dependent on education, experience, and working shift.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot non-conformances in customer-returned Ivenix devices and identify required repairs.
• Set up, debug, and operate mechanical and electrical test equipment.
• Inspect, sort, rework, test, and repair finished medical devices according to engineering instructions.
• Document investigations and complete required service documentation clearly and accurately.
• Monitor service depot quality, productivity, throughput, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, cross-training, and local process enhancements.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree in electronics or mechanical technology as an equivalent.
• Associate degree in electronics preferred.
• Quality-focused, detail-oriented, computer literate, and able to follow direction after training.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime during emergencies.
• Ability to frequently lift or move materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
