Senior Technical Product Manager, Order Management & Distribution (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Fremont, California; 3 days per week in the office. Regular in-person meetings, events, and occasional travel are required. Not eligible for remote work in New York City.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annual base salary. California base salary range: $132,000–$159,500. Eligible for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for order management and distribution capabilities.
• Translate operational processes and business requirements into scalable enterprise applications.
• Develop capabilities for order management, production tracking, vehicle allocation, distribution readiness, fulfillment, and exception management.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, Operations, Logistics, Analytics, and business stakeholders throughout product delivery.
• Drive workflow automation, accurate data flows, reporting, dashboards, and operational visibility.
• Monitor KPIs such as order cycle time, automation rates, order accuracy, exception volume, allocation effectiveness, and productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management, technical product management, or enterprise software development experience.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise systems, internal applications, or business-critical platforms.
• Experience with order management, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, fulfillment, sales operations, or automotive domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, data models, workflow systems, and technical tradeoffs.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup, high-growth, or 0-to-1 product environments.
• Experience with order management systems, ERP, CRM, inventory management, logistics systems, or custom internal applications.
