What you will do

• Define and own multi-year product strategy, vision, and investment roadmaps for a significant digital service portfolio.
• Lead portfolio-level outcomes including digital adoption, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Align engineering, architecture, data, design, operations, and business stakeholders around product priorities.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers across multiple levels.
• Establish product management operating models, standards, outcome-based goals, and measurement frameworks.
• Guide experimentation, product analytics, technical modernization, risk reduction, and delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology-driven organizations.
• 8+ years leading products through the complete lifecycle from strategy through execution.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers, senior product managers, or product leaders.
• Experience defining product strategies for complex portfolios, owning measurable outcomes, and making investment decisions.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams involving engineering, design, analytics, and operations.

Nice to have

• 12+ years of product management experience and experience with digital transformation or large-scale platform modernization.
• Experience using AI tools in product management and delivering AI solutions.
• Insurance, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• MBA or advanced degree, plus agile or product management certifications.
• Experience building and scaling product organizations and operating models.
