Senior Director, Platform Product Management (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location is Santa Ana, California

Salary: $197,200–$263,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year platform product strategy aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
• Shape the platform portfolio, including decisions on standardization, consolidation, building, buying, retiring, and local flexibility.
• Lead Product Managers and Product Leaders responsible for enterprise platforms, internal developer platforms, APIs, integrations, and shared services.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and business leaders on roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Improve developer experience, self-service, onboarding, platform adoption, and product usability.
• Establish portfolio metrics and communicate platform vision, business cases, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of platform, technology, infrastructure, developer, or enterprise software products.
• Experience developing and executing platform strategies serving multiple products, business units, or customer segments.
• Strong understanding of modern software development, cloud technologies, APIs, platform architectures, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Ability to influence executive, business, and technology stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience balancing strategic investment, customer needs, technical debt, operational excellence, reliability, security, compliance, and risk.
• Experience leading through Product Managers and Product Leaders across a shared portfolio.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated and complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, developer platforms, enterprise integrations, or AI- and agent-enabled capabilities.
