Senior Product Manager - Digital Self Service (Fintech)

Location: Remote anywhere in the continental United States, or from corporate locations in Utah or Arizona

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for post-approval customer experiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and iterate on digital self-service experiences across web and mobile.
• Test, measure, and improve product experiences using data and feature-performance analysis.
• Manage release schedules, stakeholder expectations, timelines, blockers, successes, and risks.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in software product management.
• Experience owning post-approval or account-management products in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows for self-service customer resolution.
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech products, including payment flows, lease or loan lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, research, prioritization, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Payment or billing product experience.
• Experience with push, email, or SMS customer notification systems.
• Experience in lease-to-own, BNPL, consumer lending, or fintech products.
• Mobile and web-based product experience.
• Risk product experience.
