Director, Digital Employee Experience (AI)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States, or Burbank, California, United States

Salary: $197,600–$264,900 per year in Orlando, FL; $215,000–$278,200 per year in Glendale, CA. Bonus and long-term incentive units may also be provided.

What you will do

• Define and execute a consumer-grade digital employee experience strategy, principles, priorities, and roadmap.
• Lead employee-facing digital products and platforms from discovery and design through development, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Advance My Disney Assistant, digital onboarding and pre-boarding, unified employee portals, self-service capabilities, and AI-enabled employee services.
• Identify employee friction and reduce unnecessary steps, complexity, and manual work through automation, data, responsible AI, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with engineering, product, design, data, HR, and business teams to align priorities and delivery strategies.
• Establish OKRs, KPIs, research, analytics, and employee insights to measure adoption, satisfaction, productivity, and business impact.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product management and digital platform leadership.
• Experience leading AI, automation, self-service, digital workplace, or comparable technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to create product strategies and roadmaps, manage the full product lifecycle, and use metrics to guide priorities and outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of related work experience.

• Experience with employee self-service, digital workplace, onboarding, or enterprise employee experience platforms.
• Experience advancing responsible AI, automation, or emerging technologies in employee-facing environments.
