Principle Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $194,500–$263,500 base pay annually, plus bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Consolidate Accelerating Functions financial results across approximately 10 hirify.global executives and deliver data-driven performance insights.
• Lead one- and three-year strategic planning, resource planning, investment prioritization, and financial target setting.
• Manage executive budgets end to end, including analysis, insight development, and presentations that influence decisions.
• Develop executive presentations and concise financial storylines for senior finance and business leaders.
• Partner with technology, finance, and business leaders on resource needs, strategic initiatives, and technology investment strategies.
• Lead teams in designing and improving financial and operational processes while managing organizational change.

Requirements

• 10+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent experience in dynamic finance roles.
• Deep experience deriving insights from analysis, creating concise storylines, and presenting to senior executives.
• Strong understanding of investment management and resource planning, preferably in a technology or corporate FP&A environment.
• Experience with strategic, business performance, or organizational change initiatives.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Global or corporate FP&A experience.
• MBA and/or CFA.
