Senior L&D Specialist (AI)

Location: United States — Denver, CO (hybrid); Las Vegas, NV (remote); New York, NY; Phoenix, AZ (remote); San Francisco, CA (hybrid). Denver, San Francisco, and New York office-based employees work from the office approximately 2–3 days per week or more depending on the role. Travel of up to 50% is required.

Salary: $91,065–$112,314 per year in Denver and most major metro locations; $110,640–$136,456 per year in San Francisco and New York.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning sessions across complex CX knowledge areas.
• Build inclusive learning environments with interactive exercises, real-world scenarios, coaching, and feedback.
• Manage CX Academy cohorts and other high-visibility learning programs from planning through continuous improvement.
• Develop communication strategies and manage relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own learning data strategies, track KPIs and ROI, and use the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Design and operationalize AI-enabled learning, content development, analytics, and program administration workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of learning and development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs across multiple knowledge areas.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and data analysis skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end programs, including cohort management, continuous improvement, and business-impact measurement.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Practical experience with modern AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs and integrations, AI-enabled authoring tools, and learning platforms.
