Distribution Specialist

Location: Enfield, United States; onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $84,488–$126,732 per year

What you will do

• Provide daily operational support for Gift Card and Pick-a-Brick businesses, including order management, replenishment, fulfillment, and warehouse amendments.
• Process, monitor, and manage orders and replenishment transactions in SAP and other relevant systems.
• Coordinate with Supply and Inventory Planning, Distribution Operations, warehouse, and 3PL teams to maintain inventory availability and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor order and replenishment status, identify shortages and operational risks, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement through process simplification, data-driven problem solving, and operational analysis.
• Support ad hoc analyses and initiatives related to Gift Card and Pick-a-Brick operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP are required.
• Professional experience in distribution, warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Intermediate data analysis and reporting skills, including identifying trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Strong prioritization, communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed to support operations.
