Operations Supervisor (Fulfillment)

Location: On-site at the Fort Worth fulfillment center, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles, set daily priorities, and manage frontline performance.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety KPIs.
• Allocate labor based on volume and operational priorities.
• Use operational data to identify performance issues and root causes.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams while improving processes and training associates.

Requirements

• Interest in operations, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or people leadership.
• Relevant exposure through an internship, co-op, part-time job, project, or similar experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with data and metrics to solve problems.
• Willingness to spend most of the shift on the fulfillment floor and work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Degree, enrollment, or coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, transportation, or operations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, supply chain analytics, or data analysis.
• Previous experience leading a team, project, student organization, athletic team, or other group.
