Logistics Analyst

What you will do

• Oversee daily logistics operations across 3PL providers, shipping agents, courier partners, and warehouse locations.
• Maintain standardised processes for inbound shipments, warehousing, B2B and B2C fulfilment, returns, and order tracking.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements, order execution, dispatch performance, and delivery issues.
• Reconcile ERP and 3PL data, investigate stock discrepancies, and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Produce availability, dispatch, inventory, and Amazon KPI reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Marketplace, Finance, Operations, IT, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve issues and improve performance.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
• Experience managing 3PL and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and modelling.
• Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, attention to detail, and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, freight forwarding, and marketplaces such as Amazon.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with internationally distributed teams.
