Site Lead (Fulfillment & Logistics)

Location: On-site in Northvale, New Jersey, United States; the role may also be associated with Rockleigh, New Jersey.

Salary: $60,000–$85,000 per year, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end regional warehouse operations, including receiving, quality control, staging, kitting, pick and pack, palletization, shipping, and returns processing.
• Build, document, deploy, audit, and continuously improve scalable warehouse processes and SOPs.
• Lead from the warehouse floor, stepping into receiving, kitting, picking, packing, and outbound operations when required.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff while setting daily priorities around shipment deadlines and event schedules.
• Manage inventory accuracy, warehouse layout, slotting, capacity planning, packing standards, and damage prevention across 30+ kit types.
• Coordinate 3PL and carrier relationships and improve KPIs such as on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, damage rate, cycle time, and labor cost per kit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading, coaching, and developing warehouse or fulfillment teams.
• Experience building SOPs, training teams, auditing process adherence, and improving operational workflows.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems or WMS platforms, cycle counts, reconciliation, palletization, parcel, LTL, and FTL shipping.
• Experience managing 3PLs, carriers, freight providers, and logistics vendors while tracking operational KPIs with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Monday.com.
• Ability to work on-site and lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and use stairs.
