Operations Supervisor – Night Shift (Ecommerce Fulfillment)

Location: On-site in Las Vegas or North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, at hirify.global NV1 or hirify.global NV3. Overnight, weekend, holiday, and overtime availability may be required.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates during the night shift.
• Run shift huddles, set priorities, and maintain productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety performance.
• Adjust labor allocation and workflows as order volume and operational priorities change.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, coordinate with other departments, and communicate shift results, risks, and outstanding issues.
• Use performance data to identify root causes and improve department results.
• Train and onboard associates while maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, and safety.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment.
• Strong coaching, people-leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance in a fast-paced operation.
• Ability to work an overnight or night-shift schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement experience.
