What you will do
- Coordinate high-level technology issues affecting CashForCars operations and serve as the business-side escalation hub.
- Track tickets, enhancements, system issues, and project priorities in Jira and Confluence.
- Maintain CashForCars drip campaigns and support Salesforce, MiCom, Calabrio, GPT, Gemini, and Claude.
- Support MBR and QBR preparation as a business analytics and systems resource.
- Identify process gaps, system limitations, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements, and help implement changes.
- Provide proactive updates on risks, dependencies, status, and next steps, while overseeing escalation of minor technical issues.
Requirements
- Strong experience working across business operations, systems, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ability to translate operational needs into business requirements, user stories, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and related business systems; familiarity with Calabrio is preferred.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
