What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives under mentorship.
• Support team-of-teams activities, including Program Increment Planning preparation and facilitation.
• Identify, track, escalate, and help resolve team impediments.
• Maintain and groom multiple product backlogs with Product Owners and Team Leads.
• Track team performance metrics, support dashboards, and communicate trends for continuous improvement.
• Align agile delivery practices with DoD acquisition frameworks, RMF, EVM, and program security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience.
• Entry-level Agile or project management experience.
• Experience with software backlog management tools such as Jira.
• Current security clearance or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
• US citizenship and on-site availability in Oklahoma City are required.

Nice to have

• At least two years of Scrum Master experience with engineering teams applying Scrum principles and practices.
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist certification.
• Experience with metrics collection and tools such as Excel and Confluence.
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
