Accounts Payable Shared Services Senior Manager

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead invoice-to-pay personnel across three North American locations, including coaching, development, continuous learning, and performance management.
• Design and implement a shared-services model for accounts payable operations.
• Analyze procure-to-pay workflows, operational metrics, and root causes to recommend process and technology improvements.
• Develop scalable procedures, operational goals, process roadmaps, and digital solutions.
• Support month-end close through accrual preparation and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide accurate reports and reconciliations for timely audits.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience, including ERP payables systems, continuous improvement, and people management.
• Extensive accounts payable and end-to-end procure-to-pay experience in mid-sized or large manufacturing organizations.
• High proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP software; Infor Syteline ERP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement, business operations, project management, change management, and automation or technology implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for collaboration, problem-solving, process-improvement activities, and company-wide events.
