Accounts Payable Shared Services Senior Manager

Location: Fremont, California, United States; travel up to 25% may be required for collaboration, problem solving, and company-wide events.

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Invoice-to-Pay personnel across three North American locations, focusing on coaching, development, process improvement, and results.
• Design and implement a shared services model for accounts payable operations.
• Analyze procure-to-pay workflows and operational measures to identify root causes and justify improvements.
• Develop scalable processes using digital solutions, automation, and ERP technology.
• Translate strategy into operational goals, objectives, and process roadmaps.
• Support month-end close, accrual preparation, reconciliations, compliance, and audit activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience, including ERP payables systems, continuous improvement, and people management.
• Extensive accounts payable and end-to-end procure-to-pay experience in mid-sized or large manufacturing organizations.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP software skills; Infor Syteline experience is preferred.
• Experience with process improvement, project and change management, and automation or technology implementations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
