Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $155K–$175K per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Build CRM features with Next.js and workflow automations with FastAPI and Inngest.
• Partner with internal teams to understand workflows and create solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Develop agentic solutions for enrichment and task automation.
• Shape internal products through technical and product ideas.
• Own features from planning and implementation through monitoring and refinement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Deep JavaScript or TypeScript expertise and experience with modern SPA frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Inngest, Temporal, Prefect, or Airflow.
• Experience using and managing agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, iterate quickly, take ownership, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong product and design sense.
