Senior Specialist, Billing

What you will do

• Own billing, collections, and revenue reconciliation end to end.
• Lead implementation of the new billing module from scoping through go-live.
• Build automation covering the majority of revenue categories and reduce manual spreadsheet-based work.
• Establish overdue invoice tracking and reduce aged accounts receivable.
• Create live reporting for invoiced, collected, charged, and delta amounts.
• Identify and help solve structural reconciliation problems across entities and revenue types.

Requirements

• Ability to map how revenue types are calculated, billed, and reconciled, including manual process breakpoints.
• End-to-end experience owning a system implementation or migration.
• Experience building repeatable, automated processes from manual or spreadsheet-heavy foundations.
• Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous situations and escalating issues appropriately.
• Strong collaboration skills with Finance during month-end close and with service teams on billing requirements.
