Salary: $159,800–$195,755, $169,200–$207,270, or $188,000–$230,300 annually, depending on U.S. geographic market tier; equity offered.

What you will do

• Own and evolve healthcare economics and ROI frameworks across care settings and products.
• Develop and deliver ROI calculators, business cases, and other customer-facing value artifacts.
• Build customized analyses with sales, partner success, and solutions consulting teams covering time savings, revenue growth, workforce efficiency, and clinical quality.
• Partner with analytics, data science, and product management teams to create scalable ROI reporting and quantify value from new product launches.
• Engage CFOs, CIOs, CMIOs, revenue cycle leaders, and clinical executives to align financial, clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
• Educate the commercial organization on healthcare economics and effective ROI communication.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in healthcare economics, financial modeling, and healthcare payment-cycle dynamics across care settings and payer types.
• Strong analytical skills for synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus without direct authority.
• Familiarity with clinician workflow, documentation, revenue cycle management, benchmarking, and operational healthcare technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare systems, health-tech organizations, healthcare startups, healthcare consulting, or analytical roles.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders across healthcare finance, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and technology adoption.
