Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiting)

Location: Onsite at the Miami Lakes, Florida office 5 days a week, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST. Employment requires authorization to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings and job postings through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define qualifications, compensation expectations, and interview criteria.
• Source candidates through outreach, referrals, job boards, and professional networks, including for hard-to-fill roles.
• Review resumes, conduct phone and behavioral-based interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate assessments and interviews, collect feedback, maintain candidate engagement, and present qualified candidates.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports while identifying hiring obstacles and improving sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Experience managing multiple searches, positions, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating and implementing sourcing plans and filling hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting metrics, analytics, and translating data into action.
• Strong interviewing, communication, organization, influence-without-authority, and client-oriented writing skills.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and a tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
