Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiter

What you will do

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for attorney, legal, operational, and administrative positions.
• Conduct intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and support onboarding handoffs.
• Build talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide market insights, improve sourcing strategies, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate records and job postings in SmartRecruiters while tracking recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring timelines, quality standards, and candidate-experience expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews and managing multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of recruiting analytics, sourcing plans, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience influencing without authority and writing candidate- and client-oriented communications.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and prior experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Employment requires verification of authorization to work in the United States.
