Sales Development Representative (EMEA)

Location: Remote, United Kingdom

Salary: £38,000–£40,000 per year; commission: £15,000; on-target earnings: £53,000–£55,000

What you will do

• Create outbound prospecting campaigns using sales plays, research, and targeted messaging.
• Generate and qualify outbound leads for the EMEA sales organization.
• Work with Account Executives across a high volume of accounts.
• Build expertise in the hirify.global product portfolio and communicate customer value and capabilities.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to create and manage opportunities.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in business or sales development, sales environments, phone selling, or the IT industry is preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job or apprenticeship experience.
