(USA) Area Manager - Floor

Location: 6055 S. Fulton Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30349, United States; on-site fulfillment facility role.

Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement the area business plan by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to achieve facility goals.
• Maintain quality, safety, and logistics standards through training, compliance monitoring, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through performance feedback, coaching, training, hiring, and evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement while supporting integrity, inclusion, customer focus, data-informed decisions, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Alternatively, one year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, two years of Walmart Logistics experience, or two years of supervisory experience.
• Successfully complete all required job training and assessments.
• Work on-site at the Atlanta, Georgia fulfillment facility.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience supervising associates.
• Experience with Walmart Logistics Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
