Sourcing Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Define and implement global sourcing strategies for electronics components.
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve margins and quality, shorten lead times, and mitigate supply risks.
• Negotiate with component suppliers through volume aggregation, competitive bidding, and low-cost-country sourcing.
• Develop suppliers to increase competition, reduce risk, and introduce new technologies.
• Coordinate with Finance to connect sourcing savings with budgets.
• Support supplier development through scorecards, quarterly business reviews, and preferred-supplier programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or a related field, preferably in direct-material strategic sourcing.
• Experience with category management and multi-step strategic sourcing processes across multiple categories.
• Experience with leveraged agreements and multi-year contracts.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Employment is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nice to have

• APICS, NAPM, CPIM, CPM, or equivalent certification.
