Global Sourcing Manager, Commodities & Functional Additives

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for commodities and functional additives.
• Conduct cost analyses with finance and business stakeholders to identify savings opportunities.
• Identify, contract, and manage strategic supplier relationships for operations and capital expenditure.
• Develop and execute RFI, RFP, RFQ, scorecard, and bid-analysis processes.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and resolve contractual variations efficiently.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing technology, R&D, finance, and the Global Procurement Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of international experience in sourcing, procurement, commercial, or operations roles within a multinational environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, agricultural, or chemical sectors is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate professional and ethical conduct.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, supply chain, or business.
• Consulting experience.
• Portuguese, Spanish, or other additional language skills.
