Global Sourcing Manager (Global Real Estate, Facilities, Travel and Fleet)

What you will do

• Develop and execute global category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps for real estate, facilities, fleet, travel, and workplace services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including market assessments, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships across fleet management, vehicle leasing, facilities management, real estate, travel, technology, and workplace services.
• Optimize fleet programs through standardization, governance, technology adoption, data analytics, electrification, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
• Support real estate transactions, lease renewals, portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, facilities operations, and capital projects.
• Develop global travel policies and preferred supplier programs while improving compliance, traveler experience, sustainability, and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, real estate, facilities management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, corporate real estate, facilities management, fleet, travel, or related indirect spend categories.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience leading large-scale sourcing initiatives and managing category spend through forecasting, benchmarking, performance reporting, and budget oversight.
• Strong financial, analytical, project management, executive communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• CPSM, CIPS, IFMA, CoreNet, or equivalent professional certification.
• Global procurement and category management experience.
• Experience with large corporate real estate portfolios and multi-site operations.
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba, CoStar, or similar procurement and real estate management platforms.
