Senior Finance Manager Investments

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $200,000–$270,500 annually, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise GBSG Finance and Product leadership on one- and three-year strategic plans.
• Guide resource allocation, investment decisions, headcount planning, and workforce financial planning.
• Partner with HR and Business Operations to monitor performance and spending metrics.
• Lead and coach a team of 3–4 financial analysts and influence cross-functional teams.
• Streamline, standardize, and automate financial planning, reporting, and insight-generation processes.
• Prepare month-end close packages, forecast drivers, and other financial reporting deliverables.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years of supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role.
• Ability to influence senior leadership with clear, concise, data-backed recommendations.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in technology, SaaS, or fintech.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and lead operational improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS revenue modeling.
• MBA.
