Manager, Financial Reporting (Construction Clients)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; ability to travel up to 10%

Salary: $97,000–$145,000 base pay annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Review and deliver financial reports and key performance indicators for construction clients.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and technical accounting activities.
• Lead, develop, and coach staff and senior accountants while monitoring team KPIs.
• Collaborate with advisory teams, clients, and external partners to identify higher-value service opportunities.
• Onboard clients by setting up systems and documenting processes.
• Improve processes, integrate new technology platforms, and train team members on system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years of public or private accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, including job costing, WIP, and project-based financial management.
• Client and cross-functional collaboration experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
