Salary: $97,000 to $145,000

What you will do

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs to clients.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Provide technical accounting assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and coach staff and senior accountants.
• Collaborate with advisory teams and external partners to identify opportunities for higher-value services.
• Support client onboarding, system setup, process documentation, and technology integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting, preferably in construction industry
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of construction accounting concepts including job costing, WIP, and project-based financial management
• Experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and ability to adopt new technologies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and cross-functional partners
• CPA or similar certification preferred
