What you will do

• Act as the primary Finance Business Partner for the US Branch and financial liaison with Korea Headquarters.
• Lead annual budgets, mid- to long-term business plans, financial forecasts, and local project approval coordination.
• Review project budgets, track budget versus actuals, and coordinate financial adjustments with Headquarters.
• Support local bookkeeping, tax filings, accounting and tax deliverables, and federal, state, and city tax matters.
• Coordinate financial and SOX/internal control audits with external auditors, advisors, and Headquarters.
• Manage corporate credit cards, employee reimbursements, travel and expense policies, and outstanding claims.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience as a finance generalist in a multinational subsidiary or foreign branch is highly preferred.
• Native or professional-grade fluency in both English and Korean is strictly required.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• CPA certification, such as AICPA or KICPA.
