Finance Operations Manager (US Operations)

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance business partner for the US Branch and liaison with Korea Headquarters.
• Lead annual budgets, mid- to long-term business plans, financial forecasts, and local project approval coordination.
• Review project budget proposals, track budget versus actuals, and coordinate real-time adjustments with Headquarters.
• Coordinate local accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and treasury activities with external advisors and Headquarters.
• Manage corporate credit cards, employee reimbursements, travel and expense policies, and related reconciliations.
• Support financial and SOX/internal control audits as the key contact for external auditors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience as a finance generalist in a multinational subsidiary or foreign branch is highly preferred.
• Native or professional-grade fluency in English and Korean is strictly required.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• CPA certification from AICPA or KICPA.
