Talent Growth and Inclusion Intern (Summer 2027)

What you will do

• Own a meaningful part of an enterprise-level talent management project covering career development, performance, learning, inclusion, or leadership development.
• Turn loosely defined problems into clear research and execution plans.
• Research, synthesize, and structure complex information for executive use.
• Create presentation-ready documents, frameworks, decks, and tools.
• Present recommendations to the Talent Growth & Inclusion team, People Partners, and People & Culture stakeholders.
• Use AI to pressure-test ideas, accelerate research, draft materials, and explore personalized talent experiences while validating all outputs.

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student, in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent development, career growth, performance, learning programs, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or change management.
• Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly in writing and presentations.
• Comfort working with data, templates, and structured frameworks, including situations where no template exists.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track tasks, feedback, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Fluent with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools; collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.

Nice to have

• Prior internship, project, or coursework related to HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives.
