HR & Office Manager Internship (E-commerce): Supporting HR and office management projects for an international e-commerce company with an accent on talent acquisition, fleet, office management, and project implementation. Focus on coordinating intern recruitment in the Benelux, backing up reception operations, and delivering cross-functional HR projects according to scope, quality, timing, and communication requirements.
Location: Brussels (Vorst), Belgium. Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days on site and up to 2 days at home.
Employment type: Internship, minimum 6 months, starting in July.

What you will do
- Take ownership of HR, fleet, and office management projects from specification through implementation.
- Manage project quality, timelines, communication, information, and organization.
- Act as Talent Acquisition lead and business partner for interns across the Benelux organization.
- Provide backup support for the receptionist.
- Collaborate with colleagues inside and outside the HR function.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or office management.
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of an HR team.
- Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
- Available for an internship of at least 6 months starting in July.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch or French.
