Human Resource Intern - Part-Time 2026-2027

What you will do

• Support talent management, learning, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Inclusion Council on mentorship programs, cultural holiday and heritage event materials, and the Inclusion magazine.
• Plan, design, and develop employee communications and other media.
• Help the Learning & Development team design curricula.
• Work on projects with defined deliverables and present outcomes to stakeholders and leaders.
• Contribute to collaboration and alignment across the global talent function.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an HR, Business, or related four-year degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to the target audience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, interpersonal skills, and work ethic.
• Must comply with applicable TTM Export Control Policies and procedures, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.
