What you will do

• Develop and implement digital signal processing algorithms for RF communications, synchronization, and high-speed ADC/DAC systems.
• Prototype algorithms in MATLAB or similar tools and determine precision and dynamic range.
• Validate algorithms through hardware co-simulation and C/C++ bit-true modeling.
• Implement DSP designs in FPGA or ASIC using Verilog or VHDL.
• Support projects across system architecture, algorithm trade studies, design reviews, implementation, lab verification, and delivery.
• Mentor DSP engineers and provide oversight of implementation teams while supporting design and customer meetings.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• BSEE with at least 10 years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of DSP concepts, including RF communications, synchronization, and high-speed ADC/DAC systems.
• Experience with MATLAB or similar algorithm-prototyping tools, hardware validation, and C/C++ bit-true modeling.
• Experience implementing algorithms in FPGA or ASIC using Verilog or VHDL.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for design-team and customer meetings.

Nice to have

• MSEE degree.
• Experience with image processing, software-defined radio, channelization/reconstruction, array processing, radar, or AI engines.
• Active TS security clearance.
