Lead Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid schedule with telecommuting permitted 2 days per week

Salary: $130,800–$196,200 per year

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, schedules, budgets, resource needs, risks, product vision, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, data, QA, design, finance, and operations teams through initiation, development, testing, deployment, and closure.
• Manage product and feature backlogs, decompose features into sprint-sized stories, and author user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Lead data discovery, profiling, validation, reconciliation, migration planning, transformation design, and data quality monitoring.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports using data insights to support decisions and measure data quality.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams, mentor team members, and coordinate with legal, compliance, and security on data governance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as a product engineer or in a related occupation within institutional investment or financial services.
• 6 years of experience working with agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• 6 years of experience in data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and data management platforms.
• 6 years of experience translating product requirements into technical requirements.
