Product Owner (Conversational AI)

Location: Carrollton, Texas, United States. Work model: Office.

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, company-wide persona, brand voice, and prompt strategy for conversational AI agents.
• Design the multi-agent orchestration layer, including routing logic, domain-specific sub-agents, tool access, and context parameters.
• Develop, test, and optimize system prompts, instructions, and few-shot examples across the AWS technology stack.
• Build measurement frameworks for hallucination rates, contextual accuracy, task completion, containment, latency, and user drop-off.
• Coordinate requirements across CDL/Sales, Servicing, Fulfillment, and core engineering teams.
• Define golden datasets, oversee LLM-as-a-judge evaluations and A/B tests, and align agent performance with CSAT, Average Handle Time, and ROI.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience, preferably in mortgage, fintech, or complex customer servicing.
• Experience with AI/ML products, conversational AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering in an enterprise AWS environment.
• Experience designing multi-agent or complex state-machine conversational architectures.
• Strong analytical skills, including effectiveness dashboards, A/B testing, and AI-specific metrics.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into technical configurations and natural-language flows.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
