Light Equipment Operator (Print Finishing)

Location: West Bend, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

Salary: $16.00–$18.18 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour mid-shift differential

What you will do

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment for reliable operation.
• Identify operating issues, make basic adjustments, and request maintenance when needed.
• Maintain machine operating and maintenance records.
• Coordinate crewmember assignments and train new team members when required.

Requirements

• Familiarity with routine equipment operating procedures and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation and maintain records.
• Ability to clean, lubricate, and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.
• Relevant military experience may include Navy Lithographer, Marine Combat Lithographer, or Army Printing and Bindery Specialist roles.
